This past week my family and I went to Sunset Beach in North Carolina. Coming from New Jersey to North Carolina is almost a
10-hour drive. Which we did. A day's worth of preparing and we were on the road.
We brought our dog Dani with us so she was lying on top of me. When we got
there, I brought Dani out to the beach after I put my bathing suit on. When I
walked out to the water, it was like a bathtub! I gave the leash to dad, took
my shirt off and jumped in. Also, halfway through the week, Dani went crazy over
a hole in the ground. She was digging, jumping around and sticking her nose on
the hole (see the video here: My Crazy dog video!). She is one crazy dog.
On Tuesday we drove up to Myrtle Beach - it was rainy so we just drove around to see what there was to see, and walked around some shops. When there was a break a rain we played min-golf at Captain Hook's Adventure Golf. We got the rainy day special and played both Peter Pan - themed courses, and we decided that this was the best mini-golf course we have played (and we play a lot!).
Thursday we rented The Lego Batman Movie. It was so funny and amazing. Also, Friday we went to an Aerial Adventure Park where we had harnesses on and were high off the ground. My dad did the extra-high ones, and Mom and me did the easy and the medium courses. There were also ziplines on every course.

When Saturday came it was sad to pack and head home - but I know we will have many more adventures this summer!I hope you enjoy my blogs and I hope you will keep reading them in the future.
